Accountabilities:

Lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, and project deliverables from kickoff to wrap
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign objectives are met and production standards maintained
Manage influencer casting, leveraging tools and historical performance data to select and engage the right talent
Coordinate outreach, recruitment, and relationship management for influencer communities and agents
Oversee scaled seeding programs, including product fulfillment, content tracking, and community management
Serve as a key client point of contact, providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and representing production perspectives in meetings
Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver strategic solutions to optimize outcomes

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of client-facing production or influencer marketing experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently
Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities
Ability to understand client and influencer needs and translate them into impactful content strategies
Adaptable and proactive, capable of thriving in a dynamic and evolving marketing environment
East Coast-based candidates preferred
