Performance Marketing Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist based in India.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing digital marketing team focused on driving measurable growth through paid social advertising.

You’ll take ownership of Facebook and Instagram campaigns, from strategy and budget management through optimization and scaling.

The role combines hands-on campaign execution with close collaboration across paid media, content, copy, and design teams.

You’ll use performance data to identify opportunities, improve ROI, and make informed decisions across the customer journey.

Structured experimentation will be a key part of the role, with ongoing testing of creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages.

Depending on your experience and leadership capabilities, the position can grow in scope from Specialist to Manager level.

Accountabilities

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager, ensuring campaigns deliver against performance and business objectives.
• Develop campaign strategies, allocate and manage budgets, and continuously optimize toward stronger ROI and efficient customer acquisition.
• Monitor key performance indicators including CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and CPA, translating campaign data into actionable recommendations.
• Design and execute structured A/B tests across creative assets, messaging, audiences, and landing pages to identify scalable growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with content, copy, design, and other marketing specialists to develop and launch high-performing campaigns.
• Stay informed about changes to advertising platforms, targeting capabilities, formats, and industry best practices, incorporating relevant developments into campaign strategies.
• For more experienced candidates, contribute to broader scaling initiatives, help shape paid media strategy, and support the development and knowledge-sharing of other team members.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Demonstrated experience managing significant advertising budgets and delivering measurable ROI at scale.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and turn insights into clear actions.
• Strong understanding of paid social strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, campaign optimization, and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional marketing teams.
• A proactive, experimental mindset and willingness to continuously test, learn, and refine campaign strategies.
• Experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is an advantage.
• Familiarity with landing page platforms, analytics tools, or marketing automation systems is a plus.
• Candidates considered for Manager-level scope should demonstrate strong strategic thinking, ownership, and the ability to mentor or support peers.
