You will define and own the performance marketing vision, shaping how media investment is allocated across channels and how growth is scaled sustainably. The role sits at the intersection of performance, brand, and analytics, requiring a strong ability to connect data with strategic decisions. A strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, attribution models, and paid media platforms is essential, along with experience in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
