As a Motion Graphic Designer, you'll craft engaging animated and static assets for marketing campaigns, digital ads, and mobile platforms. Accountabilities:

Design and animate motion graphics for paid media campaigns, app promotion, and brand marketing
Develop static and dynamic assets across social, display, and mobile channels
Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and designers to ensure storytelling and brand consistency
Apply a strategic mindset to asset creation, balancing creativity with performance goals
Integrate AI tools into design workflows and contribute to evolving team standards
Maintain organized project files, manage asset handoff, and ensure brand alignment across deliverables

Requirements

3+ years of experience in motion design or a visual content role with a digital focus
Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Strong understanding of typography, layout, animation principles, and visual storytelling
Experience with a variety of ad formats across platforms (social, display, mobile)
Comfortable working in a structured, collaborative team with clear workflows
Familiarity with AI-enhanced creative tools and automation
Bonus: background in mobile apps or performance marketing
