As a Mid-Level Flutter Engineer, you will contribute to developing and delivering innovative mobile solutions across a variety of industries, from automotive to fintech. Accountabilities

Contribute to the development and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following established development standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, estimate tasks, and ensure timely delivery
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring best practices
Support teammates through pair programming and knowledge sharing to maintain a high-quality codebase
Engage in technical discussions to improve architecture, testing strategy, and development processes
Communicate progress clearly during meetings and ensure reliability in task delivery and collaboration

Requirements

1 to 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer, ideally with experience in Flutter or similar frameworks
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design principles
Familiarity with software architecture, modularization, REST APIs, and database design
Hands-on experience with Git, command line tools, and IDEs for efficient development workflows
Ability to write and maintain automated tests (unit, widget, and integration)
Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions and collaborate across teams
A proactive, curious mindset — eager to learn, share knowledge, and grow within a dynamic environment
