One of our companies is currently looking for a Marketing Project Manager in Pennsylvania.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will drive the execution of key marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring clarity, alignment, and efficiency across internal teams. You'll support the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing projects, using project management tools to bring structure and momentum to a remote and distributed team. Your ability to communicate clearly and manage priorities will be crucial in keeping complex projects on track and delivering business value.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with defined tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Oversee the execution of multiple marketing campaigns and projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with marketing, partnerships, product, and CX teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment
• Identify potential risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure smooth team collaboration
• Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, providing regular updates and reporting
• Promote a flexible, responsive project culture and support adaptation during change
• Analyze project performance and share lessons learned to optimize future initiatives

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience, ideally in marketing, e-commerce, or digital product environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, along with the Google and Microsoft Suites
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Comfort working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
