In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and grow the brand of our partner's flagship open-source email and productivity platform. Your work will involve planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at expanding the global user base and deepening engagement with existing users. This hands-on role requires collaboration with various teams, ensuring that impactful marketing programs connect millions of users to our products. Accountabilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social channels.
  • Develop or direct the creation of high-quality content including blogs, newsletters, website copy, social posts, videos, and release communications.
  • Lead brand and growth initiatives to strengthen awareness and user engagement.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, contractors, and creative partners to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Partner with the Product Director on go-to-market activities and launch communications.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
  • Maintain operational efficiency through organized workflows and campaign documentation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in the tech space, with demonstrated success in multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing or directing the work of others.
  • Experience with email marketing strategy, including segmentation and conversion optimization.
  • Skilled in creating high-quality marketing content across various formats.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and email platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
  • Experience collaborating with product, design, and technical teams.
  • Self-starter mindset capable of working independently and within distributed teams.
