One of our companies is currently looking for a Machine Learning Engineer - AI in India.

As a Machine Learning Engineer focusing on NLP, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models, with an emphasis on Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions. You will lead the development of cutting-edge NLP projects, guiding the creation and deployment of models in production while ensuring the professional management of these models throughout their lifecycle. In addition to your technical contributions, you will provide mentorship to team members and help shape the team's growth.

Accountabilities

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of machine learning and deep learning projects with a focus on NLP.
• Provide technical leadership in the development of NLP solutions and guide the team through best practices in machine learning.
• Evaluate and select appropriate machine learning solutions in collaboration with the product team, aligning technical and business needs.
• Define and architect machine learning-based projects, ensuring integration with other platforms and products.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of machine learning models, including data gathering, training, deployment, A/B testing, and ongoing monitoring.
• Communicate the approach, challenges, and results to stakeholders through articles, presentations, and technical discussions.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in NLP, with hands-on experience in deploying machine learning and deep learning models at scale in a SaaS or Cloud environment.
• Strong technical proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras.
• Advanced knowledge of HuggingFace libraries (transformers, tokenizers) or Fairseq.
• Proficiency in Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Demonstrated success in mentoring and providing technical leadership within a team.
• Familiarity with large datasets and distributed computing, particularly on Google Cloud Platform, is a plus.
• Bonus skills include knowledge of Java, Scala, Go-Lang, Kubeflow, OpenCV, and experience working with models like BERT.
