This is a senior technical leadership role focused on building and scaling high-performance native mobile applications that power a global digital ecosystem. You will take ownership of mobile architecture and delivery across iOS and Android platforms, driving both technical excellence and execution quality. The role combines hands-on engineering with team leadership, requiring you to set standards, mentor developers, and guide architectural decisions while remaining actively engaged in coding. You will collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and global engineering teams to deliver seamless, user-centric mobile experiences. A key part of the role involves integrating complex systems such as mini-app frameworks and virtual economy features into scalable mobile platforms. You will operate in a fast-paced, distributed environment where clear communication and strong technical direction are essential. Accountabilities

Lead the end-to-end development of native mobile applications across iOS and Android, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Define mobile engineering standards, best practices, and development processes including CI/CD, testing strategies, and code quality frameworks.
Architect and implement scalable mobile application structures, ensuring long-term maintainability and extensibility.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mobile engineers, supporting their growth and improving overall team performance.
Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Oversee integration of third-party services, APIs, and ecosystem components including mini-apps and virtual currency systems.
Ensure successful delivery of features across the full development lifecycle in coordination with globally distributed teams.
Drive technical alignment with stakeholders and ensure consistent communication across engineering, product, and project management teams.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in mobile application development with strong expertise in iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin), with React Native or Go as a plus.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end commercial mobile applications from concept through production launch.
Strong background in mobile architecture design, scalability, and performance optimization.
Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and mentoring software developers.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and mobile backend interactions.
Experience establishing engineering best practices including testing, CI/CD, and code review processes.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, production-ready software.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience working in cross-functional and distributed teams.
Familiarity with gaming ecosystems or virtual currency platforms is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
