In this role, you will lead the design, development, and operation of Python-based solutions that drive the automation of SaaS user management and integration of data sources across the organization. You will collaborate with multiple engineering and business teams, providing technical leadership, code reviews, and guidance on engineering best practices. The position requires a deep understanding of Python, open-source ETL tools, and scalable software architectures. You will help enable data-driven decisions by ensuring seamless integration of internal and external data sources into the data mesh. Success in this role depends on your ability to combine technical excellence with mentorship, operational ownership, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This is a fully remote position within the EMEA region, with opportunities to travel internationally twice a year for team events and strategy alignment.
