As a Lead Product Designer, you will craft engaging and intuitive experiences for developers and users interacting with complex digital platforms. You will take a central role in shaping product experiences, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and fellow designers to translate technical challenges into elegant, user-friendly solutions. This position offers the opportunity to influence the end-to-end developer journey, including dashboards, onboarding, and feature interactions, impacting millions of users worldwide. Accountabilities

Lead the design of core developer-facing platforms, ensuring cohesive, intuitive, and visually appealing experiences
Translate complex technical requirements into high-fidelity prototypes and fully realized product designs
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience
Champion accessibility, simplicity, and trust in all design solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and designers to implement designs effectively
Explore and prototype new ideas to enhance developer engagement and product adoption
Maintain consistency across design systems, dashboards, documentation, and resources

Requirements

6-10+ years of professional experience in product design within fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Proficiency with Figma, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping tools
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows
Experience leading projects end-to-end, from ideation to execution
Passion for Web3, blockchain, or crypto technologies, with a willingness to learn and innovate in the space
Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to advocate for design decisions
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and user-centered design
