In this role, you will lead data-driven decision-making across user experience and engagement initiatives, providing strategic insights to guide business growth. You will serve as a key partner to cross-functional teams, transforming complex data into actionable recommendations that impact millions of users. This position combines technical expertise with strategic storytelling, requiring ownership of analytics processes, experimentation, and predictive modeling. You will translate insights into clear business narratives, build scalable dashboards, and shape the direction of product, marketing, and operational strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across teams, and is passionate about leveraging data to drive measurable outcomes.

  • Accountabilities:
  • Lead analytics projects, providing strategic guidance to product, marketing, engineering, and business teams.
  • Design and maintain automated KPI dashboards, monitoring reports, and scalable analytics processes.
  • Conduct deep data analysis using SQL and visualization tools, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Own experimentation and predictive modeling initiatives, uncovering user segmentation and behavioral insights.
  • Communicate complex data findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders to inform business strategy.
  • Partner with engineering and business teams to deploy analytical solutions and improve data quality.
  • Prioritize analytics projects and resources to align with business objectives and maximize impact.
  • Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or strategy roles.
  • Expert in SQL, data visualization, and dashboard creation.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, predictive analytics, and experimentation techniques (A/B testing).
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and translate insights into measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Hex, Grafana, or equivalent.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Preferred: experience with dbt data modeling, retail analytics, and blending commercial strategy with data insights.
