Junior Data Scientist (Remote - Germany)

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify data needs and opportunities
• Support business teams with analytical insights that guide strategic and operational decisions
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate complex data in a clear, actionable way
• Define and manage key performance metrics for self-service analytics across teams
• Ensure the reliability of data pipelines and transformation workflows
• Contribute to documentation and data models for consistency and usability

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with data (internships, student jobs, or full-time roles)
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with Python libraries like pandas
• Exposure to data workflows and pipelines (AWS, Airflow, dbt is a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset, ownership, and clear communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in both German and English
