This role offers the opportunity to design and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive growth in IT services across Finance Transformation, IT Managed Services, and Robotic Process Automation. You will work closely with senior leaders to shape lead generation campaigns targeting executives in the US and EU markets. The position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, particularly across digital channels such as SEO, paid media, social media, and webinars. Leading a team of marketers and agency partners, you will have a direct influence on brand positioning, market presence, and revenue opportunities. Accountabilities
As IT Services Marketing Manager, you will:
- Define and execute marketing and lead generation strategies across multiple service lines
- Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring alignment with SEO and brand goals
- Oversee copywriting, content creation, and messaging across digital channels
- Lead the planning and execution of webinars, events, and digital campaigns
- Manage direct reports and a cross-functional in-house digital marketing team (SEO, paid media, web operations, reporting, etc.)
- Build and optimize inbound and digital marketing programs, including website UX, SEO/SEM, social media, and advertising
- Coordinate with inside sales to align lead flow and quality throughout the pipeline
- Measure campaign performance, optimize conversion funnels, and report on lead generation outcomes
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts with partners and platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
- Identify trends, best practices, and new growth strategies to keep marketing initiatives competitive
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Full fluency in English plus Spanish, French, Arabic, Cantonese, or German
- 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing within IT, consulting, or outsourcing services
- Proven ability to manage teams, agencies, and vendor relationships
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn), and inbound marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and content marketing
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, HubSpot (CRM & marketing modules), and PPC campaign optimization
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools (Power BI, SQL a plus)
- Excellent project management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Highly creative with strong written and verbal communication abilities
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach, with the ability to handle competing priorities in global environments
