For one of our clients, we are looking for a Head of Marketing France (Crypto), remotely from the UK.
As the Head of Marketing for the France region, you will lead and drive all marketing initiatives for our crypto brands. This includes developing and executing a comprehensive strategy tailored to the French market across digital channels, overseeing content production, managing influencer relationships, and optimizing paid media campaigns. You will also lead cross-functional teams, work closely with global teams, and ensure that marketing strategies align with both regional goals and global business objectives. This role requires a combination of leadership, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to ensure the success of regional marketing efforts.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the French market, aligning it with global business goals
- Oversee content creation, ensuring that all materials are localized, high-quality, and SEO-optimized for the French audience
- Lead collaborations across various marketing teams, including paid media, SEO, content, and design, to ensure effective campaign execution
- Manage influencer partnerships in the region, creating innovative campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement
- Optimize paid media campaigns, collaborating with the ads team to ensure high ROI and visibility
- Monitor regional campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Ensure brand consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership marketing role within the crypto industry, with a focus on the French market
- Native French speaker with strong proficiency in English
- Deep knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, content, and paid media
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, delegate tasks effectively, and drive results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and optimize campaigns based on performance
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities to lead and execute multiple initiatives
