We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling and interactive assets that enhance projects across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, proficiency in Figma or similar design tools, and a keen eye for detail. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate concepts into drafts and final designs, and incorporate feedback to continuously improve your work. Motion graphics and video editing skills are highly valued. Accountabilities

Understand project requirements and translate concepts into creative visual designs
Produce final design outputs, including banners, videos, interfaces, and motion graphics
Develop drafts and prototypes using various techniques and tools
Pitch innovative design ideas to enhance project outcomes
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery and quality of designs
Incorporate feedback to improve and refine visual assets
Assist with video editing and motion graphics production as needed

Requirements

Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
Proficiency with Figma or equivalent design platforms
Familiarity with design principles, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team
Highly creative with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Video editing and motion graphics experience is a plus
