Graphic Designer (India)

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create visually engaging digital and print assets across multiple platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing teams to craft compelling visuals that enhance brand identity and user experiences. Your work will influence digital campaigns, website interfaces, social media content, and marketing materials. The position offers a dynamic and creative environment, encouraging innovation, attention to detail, and ownership of projects from concept to delivery. Accountabilities:

• Design digital assets, including social media graphics, email templates, newsletters, and infographics
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity systems
• Design website pages, landing pages, and mobile-responsive interfaces
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive mockups
• Support marketing campaigns by designing banners, presentations, trade show materials, and video thumbnails
• Develop A/B testing variations for digital campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent design quality and brand alignment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar design role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma
• Strong skills in image manipulation, infographic creation, logo/banner design, and motion graphics basics
• Experience designing for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and print materials
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for web implementation
• Knowledge of conversion-focused design principles and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote work setting
• Familiarity with content management systems and advanced infographic/data visualization is a plus
