As a Graphic Designer & Email Developer, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling digital experiences that engage and convert audiences. You will be responsible for designing responsive HTML email campaigns and developing motion graphics and video content to support marketing initiatives. Working in a fully remote, collaborative environment, you will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives. Your creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail will directly contribute to the success of marketing campaigns and the overall user experience. Accountabilities

Design and develop responsive HTML email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
Create motion graphics and video content for digital marketing initiatives, including promotional and case study videos
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Optimize emails and digital assets for various devices and email clients to ensure consistent performance
Maintain accurate documentation of templates, assets, and design standards
Stay current with design trends, email marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve output

Requirements

Solid experience with HTML, CSS, and email development frameworks
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Strong creative and conceptual design skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote work environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and digital marketing campaigns is preferred
