Graphic Designer (Elearning)- Senior Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Graphic Designer (eLearning) – Senior Associate based in India.

This role offers the opportunity to shape engaging visual experiences across eLearning, digital, presentation, and print projects. You will transform learning content, client requirements, and brand guidelines into compelling visual concepts, storyboards, and production-ready assets. Working within a collaborative creative environment, you will partner with learning designers, project managers, programmers, media specialists, and other designers. You will take ownership of design quality while balancing creative ambition with timelines, budgets, accessibility, and client expectations. The role also provides opportunities to use advanced design and AI image-generation tools to create modern learning experiences. As a senior creative contributor, you will help improve workflows, mentor designers, and strengthen the team's overall creative capabilities.

Accountabilities

• Conceptualize and develop visual concepts, static storyboards, sample layouts, and creative solutions using Adobe tools and other design software.
• Create dynamic, engaging, high-quality project materials that align with brand standards and client expectations.
• Translate written learning content into strong visual concepts and graphic solutions across multiple media formats.
• Apply advanced design, eLearning authoring, and AI-powered creative tools to produce engaging, accessible, and production-ready learning experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Learning Directors, Learning Managers, Learning Designers, Design Managers, Project Managers, programmers, media teams, and other creative professionals.
• Maintain oversight of visual quality throughout production and ensure deliverables meet client-facing standards.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and schedules while maintaining quality, scope, and delivery commitments.
• Identify and resolve design issues early to minimize defects, rework, project risks, and delivery delays.
• Balance creative approaches with internal and client budget constraints and agreed project scope.
• Organize and catalog new and existing creative concepts and assets to support efficient reuse.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to other designers when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvements across creative processes, tools, workflows, and production practices.
• Support wider team, product, and operational initiatives that improve creative capabilities and business performance.
• Demonstrate strong project ownership, commercial awareness, initiative, and process discipline.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a relevant graphic or creative design role.
• Strong conceptual and visual design skills with the ability to turn learning content into compelling creative solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Broad knowledge of eLearning design and authoring tools.
• Experience developing visual concepts, storyboards, sample layouts, and production-ready assets.
• Hands-on experience with AI image-generation tools and other creative AI technologies.
• Working knowledge of eLearning authoring platforms such as Storyline, Rise, Lectora, or Elucidat.
• Experience creating digital learning or eLearning content.
• Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to other designers.
• Strong initiative and ability to deliver high-quality creative work under tight deadlines.
• Degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting client-facing concept development and presentations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, global teams, and external production partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and creative quality.
• Strong understanding of design quality, accessibility, brand consistency, and production requirements.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to design effectively within project scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
