This role offers the opportunity to create visually compelling designs that elevate B2B brands across multiple platforms and formats. You will work remotely with a dynamic, collaborative team, producing websites, marketing materials, reports, presentations, and event assets. Your work will shape how organizations communicate their expertise and insights, combining creativity with precision to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact. The position blends strategic design thinking with hands-on production, allowing you to innovate while maintaining high standards. You will collaborate closely with writers, strategists, and account leads, contributing directly to projects that influence clients and the industry.
Accountabilities
- Design and deliver assets including websites (Webflow), landing pages (Mailchimp, Hubspot), brochures, white papers, one-pagers, case studies, event collateral, social graphics, and presentation decks
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across all client and internal materials
- Develop and maintain templates for PowerPoint, Google Slides, brochures, and reports to improve efficiency and elevate design standards
- Adapt to diverse brand guidelines for multiple clients while creating materials for research reports, events, and marketing campaigns
- Prepare and package files for production, including print specifications and optimized digital exports
- Collaborate with writers, strategists, and account leads to translate ideas into visually compelling, impactful designs
- Perform light photo editing and illustration work, including retouching, color correction, and vector graphics
- (Preferred) Contribute to short-form video editing and motion graphics for presentations, events, and social campaigns
Requirements
- 3-7 years of professional design experience in-house or at an agency; B2B experience required
- Strong multi-platform portfolio demonstrating web, print, and presentation work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Proven ability to prepare files accurately for print and digital production
- Comfortable working with diverse brand guidelines across multiple projects and clients
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and design systems; ability to create scalable templates
- Strong organizational and file management skills, with attention to version control
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present and refine design concepts effectively
- (Preferred) Experience with basic video editing or motion graphics
