In this role, you will join a dynamic and growing team dedicated to building and improving data-rich products that empower individuals and businesses worldwide. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, you'll help shape solutions that balance usability, scalability, and performance. Accountabilities

As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will:

Develop and maintain features across the full stack, including backend services and user interfaces
Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to peer code reviews
Collaborate with product managers and designers to refine requirements and define technical approaches
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
Test thoroughly, contribute to QA handoff, and support deployment processes
Investigate and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production incidents
Create and maintain internal documentation to ensure knowledge sharing
Actively contribute ideas to improve engineering practices and product quality

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

2-6 years of professional experience as a software engineer working on web applications
Strong backend experience with Ruby or a similar language (Hanami experience a plus)
Solid SQL skills, preferably with PostgreSQL
Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frameworks (Ember, React, etc.)
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs
Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows
Ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks
Experience working in Agile teams, with openness to feedback and collaboration

Nice-to-have skills include:

Experience with JSONAPI or other API integration standards
Familiarity with Sidekiq, Hanami, or cloud deployment tools
Knowledge of frontend performance optimization or accessibility standards
Previous exposure to property management or short-term rental systems
