Field Marketing Manager (Remote - US)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing tech company at the forefront of DataOps and AI-driven data transformation. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will lead go-to-market programs in the West region, working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive demand, pipeline, and customer engagement. You'll manage a variety of high-impact initiatives—from virtual and in-person events to regional campaigns—designed to accelerate growth and influence revenue. The role offers both strategic ownership and hands-on execution, in a collaborative, remote-first culture.

Accountabilities:

• Design and execute field marketing initiatives for the West region aligned with revenue and pipeline goals
• Lead regional demand generation programs, including virtual and live events, webinars, tradeshows, integrated campaigns, and partner activations
• Collaborate with sales leadership, SDRs, and account teams to align programs with market needs and opportunity stages
• Produce and deploy targeted emails, social content, and landing pages to drive event engagement
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize programs for conversion and ROI
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for sales teams and partners regarding marketing strategy and resources
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with precision and attention to detail
• Share results and insights with stakeholders to inform future strategy and planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field or event marketing, ideally within the B2B SaaS or tech industry
• Proven success supporting regional sales teams through marketing activations and campaign strategy
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to coordinate and execute concurrent events
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across distributed geographies
• Skilled in crafting compelling marketing copy across email, social, and web formats
• Detail-oriented project manager with a focus on outcomes, analytics, and ROI
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Willingness to travel as needed; based on the West Coast is preferred (Bay Area ideal)
