This role leads the development and execution of healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption for new product launches. The position balances strategic vision with hands-on execution, translating clinical data, market insights, and prescribing behaviors into impactful campaigns across personal and non-personal channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical Affairs, Digital, and Commercial Operations to ensure cohesive launch execution and optimized field activation. Success in this role requires a builder mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fully remote environment. The position also manages agency partners, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure measurable impact. Travel of up to 20% may be required, including overnight or international trips.
