This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (Growth & Performance) in India.
In this high-impact individual contributor role, you will own the full digital growth engine, driving qualified pipeline and measurable revenue outcomes across global markets. You will be responsible for scaling both paid and organic channels, with a strong emphasis on SEO, performance marketing, and data-driven experimentation. This role requires a highly analytical marketer who can connect every campaign directly to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and business outcomes rather than vanity metrics. You will operate in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment where experimentation, automation, and tool adoption are central to success. The position offers full ownership of performance marketing execution, budget efficiency, and growth optimization. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and content teams while remaining deeply hands-on in execution and optimization.
Accountabilities
- Own and execute end-to-end SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, and organic growth across multiple markets
- Develop and maintain bottom-of-funnel content strategies and briefs aimed at driving SQLs and high-quality inbound leads
- Monitor and optimize organic performance metrics including rankings, Core Web Vitals, crawl health, and search visibility using GA4 and Search Console
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, display, and programmatic platforms
- Manage marketing budgets and vendor/agency relationships with a strong focus on ROAS, CPL, and pipeline efficiency
- Build and own performance dashboards in HubSpot, GA4, and BI tools to track CTR, CPL, SQL volume, ROAS, and attribution metrics
- Conduct continuous A/B testing across creatives, messaging, channels, and audience segments to improve conversion performance
- Partner with sales, product, content, and design teams to align campaign execution with revenue and growth objectives
- Explore and implement AI-driven marketing tools to improve automation, targeting, creative production, and reporting efficiency
- (Optional CRM ownership) Design and optimize HubSpot workflows including lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing journeys to improve conversion rates
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with expertise across SEO, paid media, and performance growth
- Strong experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with proven results in lead generation and ROAS optimization
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices including technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimization for B2B growth
- Strong proficiency in GA4, attribution modeling, funnel analysis, and performance tracking
- Experience with HubSpot CRM including workflows, reporting, lead scoring, and lifecycle management (preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data, dashboards, and SQL-based reporting or data extraction
- Proven ability to independently own campaigns, budgets, and outcomes in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Exposure to AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms is a strong plus
- Background in B2B SaaS or proptech environments is highly desirable
