As a Digital Design Manager, you will be responsible for shaping impactful digital experiences across web, mobile, social, and marketing channels. You will oversee the creation of high-quality campaigns and assets that tell compelling stories while ensuring brand consistency and scalability. This role requires a balance between hands-on design execution and building design systems that empower the creative team to deliver efficiently. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, driving engagement and measurable business outcomes through design excellence. Accountabilities:
- Translate business and creative strategies into compelling digital assets and user experiences
- Lead the design and production of websites, landing pages, display ads, email templates, social media campaigns, and interactive experiences
- Ensure all digital touchpoints are aligned with brand identity and visual guidelines
- Develop, manage, and scale design systems in Figma to maintain consistency and efficiency
- Partner with marketing, product, and sales leaders to transform business objectives into impactful creative strategies
- Apply UX best practices to guarantee designs are user-friendly, conversion-focused, and aligned with customer needs
- Manage multiple projects, balancing deadlines while maintaining creative excellence
- Explore innovative approaches, including animation, motion graphics, and emerging design tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing assets such as ads, emails, landing pages, and campaign materials
- Proficiency in Figma with proven experience developing scalable design systems
- B2B design experience with a demonstrated ability to balance creativity and business impact
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
- Solid knowledge of UX principles to create user-centered, conversion-driven designs
- Strong eye for detail and experience leading or guiding design projects
- Preferred: Experience in the tech or SaaS/Cloud industry, mentoring or managing design talent, familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools, and skills in motion graphics or video editing
