Accountabilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile products.
• Conduct UX research activities to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Develop interactive prototypes and support usability testing sessions.
• Apply UX writing principles and ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility in user interfaces.
• Define and structure information architecture to improve usability and navigation.
• Perform heuristic analysis and identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Design Thinking, Lean Inception, and Design Sprint methodologies.
• Work with design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD to deliver scalable design solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in digital product environments (mid to senior level).
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, UX research, and usability testing.
• Knowledge of UX writing and information architecture principles.
• Experience conducting heuristic evaluations and applying user-centered design methodologies.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking, Lean Inception, and Design Sprint frameworks.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills for presenting design decisions.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate user insights into functional design solutions.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI projects is required.
