In this role, you will sit at the intersection of data science, mobile growth, and marketing strategy, helping optimize how users are acquired and retained across a fast-growing live experiences marketplace. You will drive insights that directly influence paid social performance across channels such as Meta, TikTok, and Reddit, improving efficiency and return on ad spend. The work focuses heavily on mobile measurement in a privacy-first ecosystem, leveraging SKAdNetwork and advanced cohort analytics. You will design experimentation frameworks, evaluate campaign performance, and identify high-value user segments that maximize lifetime value. Partnering closely with marketing, product, and finance teams, you will help shape smarter investment decisions and scalable growth strategies. This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where data science directly fuels business growth and user engagement.

Accountabilities

You will own and advance the company’s mobile marketing analytics capabilities, ensuring accurate measurement, actionable insights, and performance optimization across acquisition channels.

  • Lead mobile measurement strategy, including configuration and optimization of SKAdNetwork conversion schemas to improve signal quality in a privacy-first environment.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance marketing analytics dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau or Sigma Computing, ensuring a single source of truth for performance tracking.
  • Analyze paid social campaign performance across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Reddit, focusing on metrics such as IPM and CPM to improve efficiency.
  • Develop deep cohort analyses to understand user retention, monetization, and lifetime value across leagues, performers, and event categories.
  • Partner with marketing and finance teams to design incrementality experiments, measure lift, and support forecasting and budget allocation decisions.
  • Monitor the evolving mobile privacy landscape, including changes in Apple App Tracking Transparency, and adapt measurement strategies accordingly.

Requirements

You bring strong expertise in mobile growth analytics, statistical modeling, and cross-functional collaboration in fast-moving environments.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or data science, ideally in mobile-first businesses.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and either Python or R for analysis and modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile attribution and measurement tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
  • Deep understanding of SKAdNetwork, paid social optimization, and privacy-compliant measurement frameworks.
  • Experience designing experiments, incrementality tests, or marketing mix modeling approaches.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex statistical or attribution concepts into actionable business insights.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and engineering teams in a high-growth environment.
