As a Data Scientist, you will work at the intersection of data, business insight, and user experience to drive meaningful impact. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to analyze user behavior, create actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making. This role involves preparing, cleaning, and modeling complex datasets, building behavioral personas, and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

Collaborate with designers, statisticians, engineers, and developers to extract value from diverse datasets
Support quantitative discovery research and validate data collection instruments such as questionnaires
Contribute to data preparation processes, including cleaning, dimensionality reduction, encoding categorical data, and scaling
Develop and evaluate models, perform cluster analysis, and generate visualizations to communicate results effectively
Assist in creating behavioral personas based on data insights
Document and present results in a clear, concise, and actionable manner for internal and client use

Requirements

Candidates should have:

Experience with data processing and modeling tools such as Python, R, Google Sheets, or Excel
Proven experience in data-driven projects, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Awareness of current trends and best practices in data science and digital metrics
