As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across marketing, product, and operations. You will work closely with analytics and engineering teams to maintain accurate and accessible data pipelines while building automated dashboards and reports to inform business strategies. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with strong analytical thinking, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is comfortable handling data from multiple sources. This role offers the opportunity to influence business outcomes, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, remote-friendly setting. You will be instrumental in improving data integrity, governance, and usability for teams across the organization.
Accountabilities
Maintain, optimize, and document data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure accurate and reliable data.
Partner with senior analysts and data engineers to transform and model data from multiple sources, including e-commerce, CRM, and marketing platforms.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business optimization.
Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
Conduct data validation and quality checks to uphold data integrity and consistency.
Assist in developing and testing forecasting models and refining business logic using SQL and analytics tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accessibility, reliability, and governance.
Perform additional data-related duties as required to support analytics initiatives.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or data management roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and aggregating data.
Working knowledge of ETL concepts, data modeling, and pipeline automation tools (e.g., Daasity, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow) is a plus.
Experience with Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and modeling.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a plus.
Understanding of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo) is desirable.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
