You will design secure smart contract systems, build automation pipelines, and integrate blockchain workflows with internal financial tools, ensuring efficient, scalable, and compliant processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate financial, risk, and operational requirements into robust technical solutions. The environment is collaborative, fast-evolving, and deeply rooted in Web3 innovation, offering exposure to complex systems, modern tooling, and next-generation decentralized technologies. This is a unique opportunity to influence high-impact blockchain infrastructure used across global operations.
Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and audit smart contracts supporting treasury automation, including rebalancing, cross-chain swaps, and bridging.
- Build on-chain infrastructure to consolidate and monitor balances across EOAs, MPC wallets, custodians, and DeFi protocols.
- Implement automation pipelines for recurring operations such as stablecoin conversions and revenue rebalancing.
- Integrate blockchain components with Treasury Management Systems for unified reporting across fiat and digital assets.
- Develop APIs and middleware enabling seamless communication between blockchain networks and internal platforms.
- Support risk and compliance by delivering real-time visibility into protocol exposures, liquidity, and counterparty risks.
- Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Security, and Product teams to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Coordinate with custodians, auditors, and external providers to ensure secure infrastructure and compliant integrations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of blockchain development experience using Solidity, Rust, or similar languages.
- Proven experience designing, auditing, and deploying smart contracts on Ethereum or other major chains.
- Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, stablecoins, and cross-chain interactions.
- Experience with custodial and non-custodial wallet infrastructure, including EOA, MPC, and multi-sig setups.
- Proficiency with APIs, Python or TypeScript, and DevOps tooling for automation.
- Familiarity with treasury operations, financial workflows, and risk management practices is a plus.
- Bonus points for experience with TMS integrations, fintech environments, crypto exchanges, or institutional custody.
- Strong security mindset with the ability to identify vulnerabilities across smart contracts and infrastructure.
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and skills.
- Remote-friendly work environment with flexibility across EMEA.
- Opportunity to work with advanced Web3 tools, infrastructure, and technologies.
- Professional development, learning opportunities, and exposure to a global network of experts.
- Inclusive and supportive team culture with a strong commitment to diversity.
- Additional benefits such as equity options, wellness support, and paid leave (details vary by region).
