The Associate Director, Influencer Marketing will lead the strategy and execution of influencer partnerships, creator community growth, and campaign performance across multiple platforms. You will oversee a team of four, guiding influencer sourcing, content development, and in-house contracting, as well as managing analytics, EMV growth, and campaign optimization. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and operational leadership in a fast-paced, creator-driven environment. Success in this role demands deep expertise in beauty or consumer lifestyle ecosystems, strong relationships with creators and agencies, and the ability to translate storytelling into measurable brand impact. You will collaborate across marketing, creative, retail, and growth teams to ensure content authenticity, alignment, and cultural resonance.
