In this role, you will contribute to the implementation, customization, and optimization of Integrated Workplace Management System solutions. You will work closely with technical teams and client stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable, scalable configurations and enhancements. The position involves hands-on development, data work, system integrations, and troubleshooting throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will play a key part in ensuring system performance, supporting customer environments, and enabling successful deployment and adoption. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of application engineering, problem-solving, and customer collaboration.
Accountabilities
Configure, customize, and deploy IWMS applications, including forms, views, workflows, and business rules.
Translate business requirements into actionable functional and technical specifications.
Implement authentication settings, system parameters, and module configurations within the IWMS environment.
Develop application customizations using JavaScript and XML, with light to moderate complexity.
Support integrations through REST or SOAP APIs, SQL queries, and structured data exchanges.
Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and execute migrations using SQL Server, ETL tools, or vendor utilities.
Participate in QA and UAT cycles, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with team members to resolve defects.
Investigate and resolve Tier 1–2 technical support requests, including configuration issues and data inconsistencies.
Build or modify reports and dashboards using SQL, XML, JavaScript, or native platform reporting tools.
Support data integrity across modules through monitoring, cleanup, and routine checks.
Contribute to user guides, knowledge base documentation, and provide occasional training sessions.
Participate in planning meetings, technical design sessions, and code reviews, while supporting source control best practices.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in application engineering, system configuration, or technical software support.
Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including queries, views, and stored procedures.
Skills in JavaScript for UI or workflow customization, Java at a basic to intermediate level, and XML for reporting or configurations.
Experience with data migration, transformation, or ETL work.
Familiarity with REST or SOAP APIs, and ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities, with excellent communication skills.
Preferred experience with IWMS platforms such as Archibus, Eptura, TRIRIGA, Planon, or similar.
Knowledge of workplace, facilities, or real-estate management processes, plus exposure to SaaS configuration, workflow automation, or system integrations.
Ability to stay current with IWMS product updates, maintain accurate project documentation, and contribute positively to team collaboration.
