This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Product Design Sênior | RD Station based in Brazil.

This role is focused on shaping outstanding digital product experiences through a user-centered and data-informed design approach.

You will lead strategic design initiatives for complex product challenges, influencing customer experience, product decisions, and business outcomes.

The position offers the opportunity to work across the full Product Design lifecycle, from discovery and research to delivery and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to simplify complex journeys and create impactful solutions.

Accountabilities

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for leading the design strategy and execution for complex digital product experiences. The role requires strong user advocacy, strategic thinking, and the ability to transform business challenges into intuitive, scalable, and impactful solutions.

• Lead Discovery and Delivery initiatives, adapting the design process according to squad needs and product challenges.
• Design experiences for complex multichannel service workflows, reducing friction and improving critical customer journeys.
• Structure and validate solutions iteratively through research, experimentation, and continuous learning.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to support product decisions.
• Use adoption, engagement, conversion, satisfaction metrics, and customer feedback to measure design impact.
• Map user journeys, identify experience improvement opportunities, and contribute to increasing product value perception.
• Influence product roadmap decisions through data, research insights, and structured design arguments.
• Contribute to the evolution of Design culture by sharing knowledge, providing feedback, and supporting team development.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has strong experience in Product Design for digital products, combining UX expertise, research capabilities, and strategic influence. This person should be comfortable working with complex products, collaborating cross-functionally, and using data and user insights to guide decisions.

• Solid experience as a Product Designer, participating throughout the full Discovery and Delivery lifecycle.
• Experience designing Web products, especially applications with complex business rules and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of UX Research methods, including qualitative and quantitative approaches.
• Experience with information architecture, journey mapping, and Service Design.
• Experience influencing product strategy and roadmap decisions through research, data, and structured recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience using AI tools for research, ideation, prototyping, or design process optimization.
• Experience working in SaaS B2B environments is a plus.
• Experience contributing to Design Systems or improving Design maturity within product organizations is a plus.
• Interest in sharing knowledge through communities, events, articles, mentoring, open-source initiatives, or similar activities is a plus.
