AI Product Manager (Remote - Illinois)

We are seeking a dynamic AI Product Manager to lead the development of innovative AI-powered SaaS solutions. In this role, you will oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that products deliver measurable value to clients. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, data science, design, marketing, and sales—to create user-centric solutions that transform operational workflows. This position requires a mix of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and strong client engagement skills. Accountabilities:

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-powered applications such as ticket triage, QA, and sentiment analysis, aligning with business goals and client needs
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, validate product value, and enhance user experience
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform feature prioritization and product strategy
• Define and track key product metrics, using data-driven insights to guide iterative improvements
• Maintain clear product documentation, support materials, and training resources for internal teams and clients
• Lead rapid prototyping, MVP releases, and iterative improvements, leveraging client feedback to optimize AI-driven features

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, or automation products
• Proven track record of managing AI, GenAI, ML-powered, or AI agent products from concept to launch
• Strong technical acumen and experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS) and usage-based billing models is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and client management skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Experience working in agile environments and managing multiple priorities effectively
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and lead cross-functional teams
