This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Channel Factory. We are currently looking for an Account Manager - Digital Marketing (EST) in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow digital marketing accounts with a focus on YouTube and other high-impact video channels. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding strategy, campaign execution, and optimization to achieve measurable results. The position involves collaborating with internal teams across sales, product, and programmatic solutions to deliver tailored marketing solutions. You will monitor performance, provide actionable insights, and ensure client satisfaction while driving retention and growth. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven professional who enjoys building relationships, analyzing campaign data, and staying ahead in a fast-paced digital media environment.

Accountabilities

  • Manage day-to-day client interactions, providing consultative guidance on YouTube and digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop and execute full 360° media plans, leveraging proprietary tools and platforms for campaign strategy and optimization
  • Lead campaign kick-offs, set expectations, and serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries
  • Own and grow a portfolio of accounts, focusing on retention, growth, and renewals
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance, proactively addressing issues and suggesting optimization strategies
  • Prepare campaign reports, conduct quarterly business reviews, and ensure accurate revenue tracking in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Product teams to enhance platforms and improve campaign performance
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, sharing insights and recommendations to improve processes and offerings

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in YouTube, SEM, SEO, Facebook/PMDs, or programmatic buying
  • Client-facing experience with both agencies and brands
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaigns
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with presentation experience
  • Advanced Excel skills, including calculations, pivot tables, and graphs
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Collaborative mindset, adaptable, and driven to learn in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Bonus: Google Ads, DV360, or Facebook certifications preferred
  • Ability to travel occasionally for in-person meetings or trainings
