About The Role:

This key role offers an experienced B2B digital marketing specialist the opportunity to build, lead, and execute JobAdder's paid acquisition and digital marketing strategy as a high-impact Individual Contributor. Reporting directly into the Director of Marketing, you will manage and deploy our performance ad spend across SEM, paid social, display, programmatic, and peer-to-peer channels to deliver maximum ROI.

• Paid Media Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus): Hands-on management, optimisation, and strategic ownership of performance ad spend across SEM (Google Ads/Bing), Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta), Display, Programmatic, and Peer-to-Peer review networks.
• ROAS & Budget Accountability: Drive return on ad spend (ROAS) and agency/partner investments, managing monthly budget pacing while continuously driving down Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Cost Per Click (CPC).
• Funnel Experimentation & CRO: Design, run, and evaluate iterative A/B testing across ad creative, landing pages, lead capture forms, and channel targeting to optimize prospect-to-customer conversion rates.
• Marketing Automation & Funnel Integration: Partner with internal teams to refine lead routing, campaign tracking, marketing automation workflows, and pipeline velocity.
• Reporting & Multi-Touch Attribution: Build and deliver weekly top-line updates and monthly deep-dive performance reports analyzing campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and actionable insights for key stakeholders.
• Strategic SEO Oversight (Bonus Focus): Serve as a strategic partner for organic search, collaborating with the Content Marketing Manager to align paid keyword learnings with organic search intent and technical SEO priorities.
• Cross-Functional Campaign Support: Partner with marketing leads to execute targeted digital acquisition strategies and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.

About You:

• B2B SaaS Experience: Proven track record in a B2B SaaS, tech, or specialised agency environment managing digital acquisition funnels.
• Proven expertise in setting up, optimizing, and scaling digital acquisition campaigns across SEM, Paid Social, Display, and Programmatic networks.
• Paid Media Platforms experience: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Programmatic DSPs, P2P Review Sites (G2, Capterra)
• Advanced hands-on proficiency with web analytics, multi-touch attribution, and CRM platforms (HubSpot and GA4/Hockeystack preferred).
• Strong experience in CRO, A/B testing frameworks, and landing page optimization within modern CMS platforms like Webflow.
• B2B Funnel Mechanics: Deep understanding of buyer journeys, sales pipelines, MQL-to-SQL conversion flows, and marketing automation.
• Strategic working knowledge of SEO principles (Technical SEO, keyword research, search intent) as a functional bonus.
