Revit Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Revit Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong technical background in Revit and a deep understanding of foodservice operations. You will work closely with our project team and clients—including chefs, managers, and kitchen operators—to create thoughtful, efficient, and functional designs that support food production and service workflows.

Duties

• Produce and manage detailed Revit models for commercial kitchen layouts and foodservice environments.
• Collaborate with clients, including chefs, foodservice managers, and consultants, to translate operational requirements into effective design solutions.
• Prepare equipment plans, utility rough-ins, elevations, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure integration of foodservice systems into larger projects.
• Review health and building codes to ensure compliance.
• Participate in design meetings, site visits, and equipment reviews as needed..

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Revit-based design work(preferred), ideally within the foodservice, hospitality, or related sectors.
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen operations, workflows, and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with chefs, managers, and other non-design stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit, KCL, Autoquotes, Smartsheet
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working directly in a foodservice setting (e.g., chef, kitchen manager, operations supervisor).
• Knowledge of foodservice codes and industry standards (NSF, ADA, health department regulations).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $62,000.00 per year
