We are seeking a highly intelligent, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. This role is vital for managing complex schedules, streamlining operations, and enhancing executive productivity through strategic use of software and efficient communication.
The ideal candidate is proactive, exceptionally organized, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics.
- Software & Systems Management: Leverage advanced tools in Microsoft Office Suite, project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello), and CRM systems to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
- Data Handling & Analysis: Compile, analyze, and present data to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.
- Communication Hub: Serve as a key point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Project Coordination: Track project timelines and deliverables, follow up on tasks, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Administrative Support: Handle high-level administrative tasks, maintain organized records, and manage office-related logistics when required.

Qualifications
- Experience: 3β5 years in an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to adopt new technologies and systems with ease.
- Organization: Strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
