Job Title: SEO Specialist – Technical & Content Focused

Location: Remote (Work from Home - US-Based Candidates Only)

We are seeking a passionate and skilled SEO Specialist with a proven track record of driving traffic and lead generation. This role requires deep technical SEO knowledge, the ability to leverage AI for content optimization, and a strategic approach to link-building. You will work collaboratively to increase brand visibility, manage content performance, and implement daily SEO optimizations to maximize search rankings and online growth.

Responsibilities

Technical SEO:

• Conduct daily technical SEO audits to ensure optimal site performance.
• Manage and optimize Google Search Console, Developer Google Search Console, and Google API for advanced troubleshooting and site health monitoring.
• Implement structured data, schema markup, and site speed optimizations.

Content SEO & Optimization:

• Develop, optimize, and rank high-quality content using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
• Reoptimize existing content based on competitive research and topical mapping to drive consistent organic growth.
• Create interactive content elements (using HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to enhance user engagement and improve rankings.

Link-Building & Backlink Management:

• Identify and remove toxic backlinks while strategically acquiring high-quality, authoritative backlinks.
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify linking opportunities and enhance domain authority.

Local SEO Optimization:

• Implement local SEO strategies to improve regional search rankings and lead generation.
• Optimize Google Business Profile (GBP) for enhanced local visibility.

AI & Machine Learning for SEO:

• Utilize AI-driven tools for content creation, keyword research, and data analysis.
• Continuously experiment with AI models to refine content strategies and improve efficiency.

Keyword & Competitive Research:

• Conduct extensive keyword research using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and BrightEdge to stay ahead of market trends.
• Identify high-value keyword opportunities and optimize content accordingly.

CMS & Content Implementation:

• Utilize WordPress CMS for SEO implementations, plugin management, and schema markup integration.
• Ensure on-page SEO elements (meta titles, descriptions, H1s, etc.) are fully optimized.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Monitor SEO KPIs daily (organic traffic, rankings, CTR, conversion rates, engagement metrics).
• Generate reports and provide actionable insights for continuous SEO improvement.

Requirements

Proven SEO Expertise:

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a verifiable track record of success.
• Candidates must submit detailed case studies or reports on previous SEO projects, including specific strategies and measurable results.

Technical Proficiency:

• Advanced knowledge of Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Developer Console, SEMrush, Moz, and BrightEdge.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, site speed optimization, and structured data.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress SEO best practices.

Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset:

• Ability to analyze complex SEO data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.

Independent & Results-Oriented:

• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision while driving measurable results.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with marketing teams and align SEO strategies with business objectives.
