We are looking for a Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead and execute marketing strategies for a fast-growing B2B services-based business. The ideal candidate is structured, tech-savvy, and proactive, capable of shaping marketing direction rather than just executing instructions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Implement and optimize LinkedIn engagement strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Manage CRM and digital marketing tools to automate and streamline marketing efforts.
- Organize and improve marketing processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Work closely with business owners and stakeholders to develop and refine brand positioning.
- Adapt to dynamic business environments while implementing structured marketing strategies.
- Contribute to the growth and development of a younger brand in the B2B space.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing (preferably in B2B services-based industries).
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing and engagement strategies.
- High-level proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to lead marketing direction and contribute ideas rather than just execute instructions.
- Strong organizational and process-driven approach to marketing.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Experience working in small, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environments rather than large corporate structures.
- Nice to have: Copywriting skills, but not essential.
