I've partnered with a rapidly-scaling payroll tech company revolutionizing the way companies hire talent.

I'm working directly with the newly-appointed CTO who is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to take ownership of their architecture focussed on highly scalable, clean and maintainable code as the engineering team grows.

Their tech stack currently comprises of TypeScript, Kubernetes, GraphQL and PostgreSQL however you'll have the autonomy to use whichever backend language you'd like to fit the job.

They're looking for a staff-level engineer who is already using AI at several moments of the SDLC and can evangelize the rest of the team in using AI.

They do have an established team of engineers, but need a experienced Staff engineer to partner with the CTO to bring new energy, fresh ideas and big-tech experience.

The role is fully remote across Europe and paying up to £220k + a sizeable bonus.
