UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop intuitive, user-centered interfaces that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to integrate design solutions seamlessly.
• Conduct user research, testing, and feedback sessions to understand behavior and pain points, translating them into actionable design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for exceptional web and mobile experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the user experience.

Requirements:

• Fluent English proficiency for effective communication in an international environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

• Experience with design systems and responsive design.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
