UI/UX Designer
Responsibilities:
Design and develop intuitive, user-centered interfaces that align with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to integrate design solutions seamlessly.
Conduct user research, testing, and feedback sessions to understand behavior and pain points, translating them into actionable design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for exceptional web and mobile experiences.
Develop and maintain design systems and UI guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the user experience.
Requirements:
Fluent English
proficiency for effective communication in an international environment.
Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as
Figma
or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
Experience with design systems and responsive design.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
