We’re hiring a Lead Data Scientist to join a rapidly expanding organisation in Abu Dhabi, working on high-impact AI and Data Science initiatives.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can take complex business problems, translate them into Data Science solutions, and lead projects from initial experimentation through to production and measurable business impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead end-to-end Data Science and Machine Learning projects

• Develop and deploy predictive models and advanced ML solutions

• Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify high-value AI/ML use cases

• Mentor and provide technical direction to Data Scientists

• Partner with Data Engineering and ML Engineering teams to productionise models

• Help shape the wider Data Science strategy, standards and roadmap

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years’ experience across Data Science / Machine Learning

• Strong Python, SQL and Machine Learning expertise

• Proven experience taking models from experimentation into production

• Experience leading Data Scientists or technically leading complex projects

• Strong stakeholder management and ability to connect technical work to commercial outcomes

• Experience within FinTech, Banking or Financial Services would be highly advantageous

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning or a related quantitative field preferred
