Job Overview:
As a Fractional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, content, and sales, to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Jetzy’s business goals, growth objectives, and brand positioning.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, social media, influencer partnerships).
- Brand Development: Ensure brand consistency and help elevate Jetzy’s brand presence across digital platforms and media.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, high-quality content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Digital Marketing Optimization: Manage and refine SEO, SEM, and paid ad strategies to maximize ROI and customer engagement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging data insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.
- Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to engage and retain customers, increasing lifetime value through targeted campaigns and relationship-building initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product and sales teams to create campaigns that support product launches, customer needs, and business growth.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. Experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, and campaign management is essential.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency with tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, and SEO/SEM tools.
- Creative Mindset: Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with an eye for detail in content and campaign execution.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and adjust marketing tactics accordingly to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns at once, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and driving results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present ideas and marketing strategies clearly and persuasively.
- Autonomy & Collaboration: Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively within a remote team environment.
