Jersey Road Talent is working with a leading global sports betting & iGaming operator preparing to launch a brand-new online casino product and they need a senior marketing leader and contractor with real casino iGaming expertise to drive the brand and go-to-market strategy from scratch.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the casino vertical of one of the world’s most successful operators, launching into a new regulated market with potentially multiple brands under their belt. We’re open to hiring globally, this role can be performed fully remotely, wherever you’re based.

What’s this role about?

Building and executing the brand marketing strategy for a new iGaming casino product
Shaping how the brand looks, sounds, and connects with customers
Creating the go-to-market process and marketing workflows
Acting as a consultant in the early phase (12-month contract), with potential for permanent transition
Input on positioning, tone of voice, creative assets, campaign rollout, and customer journey
Working closely with leadership to bring the casino brand(s) to life in a highly competitive space

What you’ll need:

Proven experience in casino iGaming marketing is essential, especially around brand or GTM launches
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to create marketing structure and process
Ability to work with ambiguity, influence internal teams, and build from scratch
Ideally experience in launching iGaming brands in newly regulated or emerging markets
Strategic yet hands-on, someone who can advise, execute, and scale
