Position Overview
JSMM is seeking a Digital Marketing & AI Account Lead who can confidently manage client relationships while executing and overseeing content, paid media coordination, reporting and AI-assisted strategy support.
This is a hybrid role combining:
- Account management
- Content creation (including short-form video)
- Performance reporting
- AI-supported analysis and meeting preparation
- Strategic digital fluency across platforms
This person must be comfortable leading client calls, presenting insights, preparing performance updates and supporting high-level strategy discussions.
Agency experience is required.
Core Responsibilities
1. Client Leadership & Communication
- Lead recurring client status calls and internal strategy meetings
- Prepare structured agendas and post-call recaps
- Present performance insights clearly and confidently
- Serve as a day-to-day client contact
- Support senior leadership in AI advisory conversations when needed
2. AI-Augmented Strategy & Analysis
- Use AI tools to:
- Prepare meeting briefs
- Analyze campaign performance
- Identify content and paid media trends
- Support competitive research
- Translate AI outputs into clear, client-ready insights
- Assist in developing AI-informed content and marketing recommendations
- Demonstrate comfort using tools such as ChatGPT, analytics dashboards, and reporting software
3. Content Creation & Execution
- Write and edit:
- Social media posts
- Reels scripts
- Captions
- Email marketing copy
- Website updates
- Blog posts
- Create and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Collaborate with designers and editors when needed
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and strategic goals
4. Reporting & Performance Oversight
- Prepare monthly performance reports
- Understand basic paid media metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, engagement rates)
- Provide clear explanations of what worked, what did not, and recommended adjustments
- Maintain editorial calendars and project timelines
5. Digital Marketing Fluency
Must have a working understanding of:
- Meta advertising
- TikTok advertising
- Google Ads basics
- SEO fundamentals
- Influencer coordination
- Email marketing flows
- Conversion-focused content strategy
You do not need to be a paid media buyer, but you must understand how digital channels integrate and support each other.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency experience (non-negotiable)
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proven experience leading client calls independently
- Strong content creation portfolio (including short-form video)
- Comfortable using AI tools in a professional workflow
- Clear understanding of digital marketing performance metrics
- Highly organized and deadline-driven
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
