Description
Our client, a leader in the Tech industry, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer II to support internal communications across their brands and executive teams. This role focuses on designing clear, polished, and visually engaging materials for internal audiences, including PowerPoint decks, internal reports, and executive-facing documents. The ideal candidate has strong design fundamentals, a knack for turning complex information into visually compelling layouts, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Design and produce internal presentations, reports, and documents for both brands and executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand content needs and translate them into clear, visually engaging designs.
- Ensure all materials are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a professional, polished look.
- Adapt complex or data-heavy content into concise, easy-to-digest visuals.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Provide creative input and guidance to improve the effectiveness of internal communications.
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent understanding of design fundamentals—typography, color, composition, and layout.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience creating internal-facing communications or executive presentations is a plus.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with project management or workflow tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization and presentation best practices.
Compensation Range
$73,000-$83,000/yr
