As a lead-gen business, marketing is central to success – and the key driver of platform sign-up. Everything – from ambassador programmes to influencer marketing to SEO – must feed this metric. So it’s vital that candidates understand lead funnels, performance metrics, and campaign optimisation.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments. You’ll lead the planning and delivery of campaigns that drive measurable results – whether it’s sign-ups, engagement, or conversion – while building a strong brand presence and loyal audience.
Responsibilities:
Growth Campaigns & Experiments – Lead the creation and execution of lead-gen campaigns, referral schemes, giveaways, and landing page optimisations. Build, test, learn, and scale.
Content & Influencer Strategy – Own the content and influencer marketing plan, including outreach, briefing, and distribution. Drive reach, trust, and engagement across key channels.
Community Engagement – Build and nurture a thriving community through content, communication, and events. Spotlight success stories and foster deeper brand connection.
Brand & Market Insights – Monitor sentiment, track performance, and feed insights into content, partnerships, and commercial strategy.
About You:
