Marketing Director (Growth) – SaaS Scale-Up
Europe/UK or US East Coast (Remote/Flexible)
JD&CO is partnered with a profitable, high-growth SaaS scale-up transforming operational excellence for global manufacturers. The business is investing heavily in product and go-to-market and now hiring a Marketing Director with a growth spike.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can turn strategy into pipeline at pace, align closely with Sales/BDR/CS, and lay the foundations to scale internationally.
The Brief
As Marketing Director, you’ll own demand generation end-to-end—ICP/segment strategy, programs, channels, measurement, and sales enablement. You’ll inherit a cleaned-up HubSpot backbone and new tools (Outreach, 6sense), plus two strong in-house marketers and specialist partners, so you can focus on growth, not plumbing.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and run the demand engine across priority ICPs/regions: ABM, paid/organic, intent-led programs, partners/events.
- Own the marketing funnel and performance KPIs (sourced/influenced pipeline, conversion, velocity, CAC/ROI).
- Activate the refreshed brand with crisp narratives, content, and sales enablement (playbooks, assets, sequences).
- Partner tightly with BDR/Sales/CS to improve qualification, cycle time, and win rates; establish weekly operating rhythm.
- Lead a lean team (content & marketing ops) and manage high-calibre external specialists; hire next key roles.
- Own the stack and governance: HubSpot, Outreach, 6sense with strong data hygiene and process.
- Plan and deploy the program budget, test, learn, and scale what works.
You Must Bring
- 10–15 years in B2B SaaS, with proven ownership of pipeline growth
- Experience marketing to industrial/manufacturing or similarly pragmatic enterprise buyers
- Hands-on with HubSpot, and sales orchestration
- A metrics-driven mindset: you’ve set targets, controlled budgets, and can show clear impact on revenue
- Strong sales enablement instincts; crisp storytelling; executive-ready communication
- Comfort leading small, sharp teams and rolling up sleeves where needed
