This is a strategic yet hands on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in fast moving, entrepreneurial environments. You’ll be responsible for building and executing the entire marketing engine from the ground up, working closely with the Founder and Leadership Team to drive predictable, scalable growth through AI-driven GTM strategies, content, and automation.
About the Role:
B2B Demand Generation & GTM Strategy – Own the marketing strategy, designing and executing high performing multi channel campaigns that drive inbound leads and revenue growth.
AI & Marketing Automation – Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to optimise targeting, streamline content, and improve lead conversion.
Content & Thought Leadership – Create and execute compelling content strategies that establish authority, engage senior decision-makers, and drive commercial impact.
Sales & Business Development Alignment – Partner closely with sales leadership to optimise lead handover, MQL to SQL conversion, and pipeline acceleration.
Hands-on Execution – This is not just a strategy role. You’ll be rolling up your sleeves, testing, iterating, and making things happen.
About You:
Proven track record in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, and multi-channel performance marketing.
Experience implementing marketing automation tools and AI-powered GTM strategies.
Hands on approach – comfortable leading strategy but also executing and optimising in the detail.
Commercially focused marketer with experience in ABM, sales enablement, and pipeline acceleration.
Growth mindset – thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments where experimentation and iteration are key.
